SECURITY SERVICES

The clients of customers satisfaction is our motto. Our determination to safe guard the men, materials and documents of your establishment around the clock is our primary responsibility which will be performed with utmost care and sincerity. Proper handing and taken over will be carried out from shift and frequent surprise checks will be carried out by our special team of field officers in various timings. Number of security guards and supervisory staff for full of yours establishment shall be decided after mutually agreed upon.

We provided trained -seasoned - matured personnel.

Our personnel are imparted training with latest knowledge in industrial security, industrial intelligence, fire fighting, first aid and other allied activities.

2.

Our personnel are also trained to rise to the occasion of emergencies, strike/lock out and other industrial exigencies.

3.

Our staffs are covered under all government statutory obligations.

4.

Our men are provided with necessary accessories like uniforms, Lathes etc.

5.

Torches, cells, rain coat, stationary items are to be provided by the principle employer.

6.

We have result oriented. Mobile field officers to inspect our units located at various places in Chennai surprise/spot checks at odd hours are made to caution our security personnel to be vigilant.

We rotate our men from one place to another place once in 3/6 months to avoid the acquaintances with you for various reasons.

8.

We will replace the security guards if not suitable for the organization. Our employees will not be permitted to join in the union activities directly or indirectly.

9.

Canteen/accommodation facilities if any should be extended to our security staff.

Terms and conditions:

Before the deployment pre survey will be taken of your premises.
After taking over the service post survey will be taken.
Service will be started strictly on the basis of contract signed by both parties
We agree to serve a minimum period of 12 months.
Our security personnel should not be used for other duties other than mentioned.
The contract can be terminated by one month notice are one month payment on lieu by the client side.
Initially we shall have contract for a period of one year and thereafter the contract shell be renewed on mutual agreement.
Service will be extended with moderate rate.
Our invoice will be submitted on 1st day of every month.
Payment will be collected on or before seventh of every succeeding month
Income Tax at TDS may be deducted from our bill as applicable.
On demand, special Quotation based on the Tamil Nadu Minimum wages Act 1948, with detailed breakup for each category will be furnished or any specialized services / Man power supply - for which separate quotation will be furnished on discussion / negotiation.
Uniform, Salary and the statutory obligation like ESI. EPF, WCI to our security personnel will be our responsibility.
